Capco is looking for talented, innovative and creative people to join our incredible and growing Team focused on our financial services clients. We are looking for experienced Technology Project Managers with exceptional domain expertise who can work directly with our clients on mission-critical projects. 

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with deep knowledge of capital markets, particularly in IR (Interest Rates), FX (Foreign Exchange), and commodity products. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technology teams to deliver strategic solutions in a complex trading environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex business processes and workflows in trading operations
  • Gather and document detailed requirements for trading systems and platforms
  • Lead requirements workshops with traders, operations teams, and technology partners
  • Design solutions for IR, FX, and commodity trading platforms
  • Create detailed functional specifications and user stories
  • Validate system implementations against business requirements
  • Support user acceptance testing and implementation
  • Provide subject matter expertise on capital markets products

Show Us What You’ve Got 

  • 7+ years of business analysis experience in capital markets

  • Strong understanding of IR derivatives, FX products, and commodity trading

  • Experience with trading systems and market data platforms

  • Knowledge of market risk, pricing, and trade lifecycle management

  • Proven track record of delivering complex trading technology projects

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in trading platforms and market data systems
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Strong SQL and data analysis capabilities
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in capital markets

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional certifications (CFA, FRM, or similar)
  • Experience with major trading platforms (Murex, Calypso, or similar)
  • Understanding of front-to-back trading operations
  • Knowledge of market connectivity and FIX protocol
  • Professional experience is important.
