We are the data-driven heartbeat of our innovative Animal Agriculture business, ensuring leadership has the accurate, timely financial insights needed to make bold, strategic decisions. As we lead the charge in modern cattle health & production management, you'll be the backbone of our business intelligence—maintaining critical KPI tracking systems and financial models that directly impact how we create value for customers transforming the global agriculture industry. What you'll do
- Manage KPI tracking, data entry, and reporting processes to ensure leadership has accurate, real-time business intelligence
- Support revenue and COGS forecasting by maintaining driver-based models with current data and collaborating with finance and leadership teams
- Maintain billing systems and processes for client software licenses, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Conduct ad hoc data analysis and reporting to provide meaningful insights and summaries for leadership decision-making
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across finance, operations, and business units to gather data and translate complex information into actionable insights
- Manage internal business reporting processes, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all financial tracking systems
- Organize and prioritize tasks effectively amidst changing requests and evolving business priorities
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, agribusiness, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis, business analysis, or revenue operations
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with demonstrated ability to build and maintain complex financial models
- Proven data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret large datasets and translate them into meaningful insights
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when working with financial data and business metrics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently on ambiguous challenges
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and requests
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams including finance, leadership, and business stakeholders
Great-to-haves
- Experience with revenue operations (RevOps) or sales enablement processes
- Familiarity with agriculture, agribusiness, or animal health industries
- Knowledge of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) best practices
- Preference for candidates located in the greater Calgary, Alberta area for hybrid work opportunities, but remote is an option
