About the role:

Borrowell is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to help fulfill Borrowell’s mission to help people feel confident about money. In this role, you will drive business growth and success by analyzing data, identifying insights, and making strategic recommendations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable solutions.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will conduct thorough data analysis, create meaningful reports, and present findings and recommendations to a variety of stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze data to identify new and existing trends, patterns, and insights that drive business growth
  • Create and own comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Lead data-driven decision-making across the department by building and managing KPI dashboards

Requirements
  • 3+ years experience of analyzing data to drive business insights and recommendations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, PivotTables, Tableau, PowerBI or equivalent (we use Looker!)

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in the financial services industry or related field
  • Experience presenting insights and analyses to a variety of stakeholders

We are remote-first across Canada with an office in Toronto. This role requires you to attend in-person meetings and team-building events.
