Team Overview

The Sr. Consultant, Distribution Partnerships will support the management and growth of small to medium-sized technology platform and distribution partnerships across Auto, Mortgage, and broader Financial Services. This role helps drive scalable adoption of TransUnion products and solutions, including new offerings launching in 2026 and beyond, by executing partnership plans, strengthening partner relationships, and identifying growth opportunities. This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.

Role Overview And Core Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of business plans for assigned partnerships across Auto, Mortgage, and Financial Services.
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned partners, maintaining strong relationships and consistent engagement.
  • Monitor partner performance against defined goals and recommend improvements.
  • Identify opportunities to grow revenue through targeted product adoption and solution alignment.
  • Identify, cultivate, and onboard new partnership opportunities.
  • Support negotiation and execution of partnership agreements under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and other internal teams to align partnership activity with broader business objectives.
  • Develop partner engagement plans, maintain communication cadence, and provide timely performance updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Stay informed on Auto, Mortgage, and Financial Services trends to identify relevant opportunities and risks.

Required Knowledge And Experiences

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
  • Experience managing small to medium-sized partnerships.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently and as part of a team.
  • Strategic thinker with a solid understanding of business, marketing, and finance concepts.
  • Financial Services experience, particularly within Auto or Mortgage, is an asset.

The expected pay range for this position is $89,000 - $130,000 annually. The pay 
information provided for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of expected compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of many factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. In addition, variable compensation is based on applicable company guidance and plan documents as well as performance.
