The Job:  

As a Sr. Finance Manager, Strategic Sourcing you’ll be part of our Global Supply Chain Finance team as a remote employee. You’ll get to:  

  • Serve as a key business partner to the Finished Goods Strategic Sourcing team, playing an essential part in managing and optimizing our global spend with contract manufacturers across a diverse portfolio of products and brands.

  • Leverage financial expertise to drive strategic sourcing initiatives, enhance supplier relationships, and contribute to the overall financial health of the organization.

  • Drive category target achievement through cash flow modeling, contract reviews, detailed spend analysis, and vendor negotiation.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, working closely with the Strategic Sourcing team to establish and execute category strategies.

  • Develop and deploy scalable processes, playbooks, standardized tools, and reporting capabilities to enhance visibility, improve internal efficiencies, and facilitate target achievement.

  • Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators to inform decision-making, identify productivity opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.

  • Partner on special projects, key business initiatives, and supplier proposals, providing recommendations and comprehensive financial analysis to inform objective decision-making that serves the category strategy.

  • Oversee the cost reduction database, set operating parameters, and facilitate audits for the Finished Goods categories to ensure compliance.

The Person:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Accounting or Finance.

  • 7+ plus years of prior related experience.

  • Ability to support an international team including off hours meetings and domestic and international travel up to 15%.

  • Working knowledge of ERP and Financial reporting systems such as SAP, Hyperion, Essbase.

  • Prior experience with Microsoft Office and analytics tools such as Power BI and Alteryx.
