Duties: Lead the collection and documentation of user requirements to ensure secure, high code quality across the entire team. Investigate and resolve production management incidents, problems and service requests. Participate in the creation of architectural specifications to ensure feasibility, functionality and integration with existing systems/platforms. Work closely with technical teams (internal and vendor) to gain in-depth knowledge of system architectures and coordinate integration of functionality. Perform detailed technical design and development of applications using existing and emerging technology platforms, including front and back-end development. Collaborate with the product line architect to review solution design and roadmap. Enable product delivery through development and in collaboration with developers, analysts and business to build fully vetted products. Follow approved SAFe Agile methodology, ensuring that all required steps are followed, all required deliverables are produced and all approvals are obtained. Participate in peer reviews of solution designs and related code for complex features. Support product sustainability by creating clear documentation at all levels, from high-level strategies to integration design patterns and technical specifications. Evaluate security architecture of applications through design reviews and threat modeling. Guide security flaw remediation efforts, improving and enhancing security in applications.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or Engineering (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus five (5) years of experience performing technical implementations of applications using .NET Core, C#, MVC, Web API and SQL server. Alternatively, Master's degree in Computer Science, MIS or Engineering (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus three (3) years of experience performing technical implementations of applications using .NET Core, C#, MVC, Web API and SQL server. Special Skills, Other Special Skills or Requirements: Experience designing and developing User Interfaces using HTML, ASP.NET, C# and client-side validations. Experience using ASP.NET for Page Controller pattern to add functionality to individual pages such that to accept input from the page request, invoke the requested actions on the mode. Experience designing database queries and scripts for multiple database engines using SQL Server and optimized complex SQL Queries, Stored Procedures, and Functions. Experience developing and deploying interactive reports using SSRS to meet business requirements. Experience designing and implementing Extract, Transform & Load (ETL) processes using SSIS for data migration and transformation, including developing ETL packages in data integration tools, applying knowledge of data warehousing and ETL strategy. Experience designing RESTful APIs and implementing RESTful APIs with ASP.NET Core following best practices and architectural standards for seamless client-server interaction.
