About the Role:

The Sr. Regional Marketing Manager plans, organizes and executes field campaigns and programs that include in-person, virtual, ABM-focused marketing campaigns and targeted activities across segments in the AMER theater. The role will collaborate closely across the Marketing organization and with Field and Channel sales teams to create and deliver marketing plans that deliver maximum impact through tailored activities- to generate new business and pipeline, drive cross sell/upsell opportunities, accelerate pipeline, and increase brand awareness.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience building and developing large and complex programs, executing demand generation activities, collaborating with resellers and alliance technology partners, and delivering strong pipeline across the AMER segments. This role must have strong communication skills, analytical capabilities, an in-depth understanding of the marketing mix, a solid understanding of lead management processes, and experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders to drive the business.

You should be deeply proactive, self-driven, organized, capable of handling multiple projects at once, and comfortable dealing with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities.
 

What You’ll Do:

  • Create regional quarterly plans with tight project management to drive clear accountability and a result-driven mindset.

  • Assist with managing vendors that contribute to local demand creation programs including event venues and services, direct mail providers, and other services.

  • Communicate and collaborate with field, digital, marketing operations, campaign, field and channel sales teams regarding new and planned marketing activities including regional and local programs.

  • Create consistent reporting on weekly success metrics and optimization of campaigns and programs to improve results.

  • Mentor specialists to ensure cohesive pre-event, at-event and post-event strategy to increase engagement and response rates.

  • Create demand using a variety of marketing vehicles and tactics including account-based marketing, conferences and local executive events, multi-touch campaigns and joint partner marketing activities.

  • Research, choose, design and manage live and virtual events to be included as tactics in the overall marketing mix

  • Manage operational tools and programs that will streamline process across the AMER organization for both field and channel marketing.

What You’ll Need:

  • Entrepreneurial self-starter with 12+ years of progressive experience in developing demand and/or integrated marketing campaigns within high-tech B2B environment in a Senior Field Marketing Manager role.

  • Previous support of field sales and partner organizations within the IT industry.

  • Track record of implementing effective and creative marketing campaigns that generate new leads, opportunities and accelerate pipeline.

  • Experience in tracking ROI and analyzing marketing events, programs and metrics. Must be competent in reporting results and trends to sales and marketing leaders.

  • Strong experience with live and digital marketing activities such as in-person trade shows and conferences, virtual events, lead generation, ABM and email nurture campaigns, etc. Successful management demonstrated with managing campaigns and live events from concept to post-event follow-up and lead management.

  • Individual contributor with experience managing localized, regional programs and budget that aligns with marketing, sales, and channel goals and objectives.

  • Exceptional project management, organizational and interpersonal skills with ability to take initiative in a challenging, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Essential to work cross-functionally, manage multiple projects simultaneously, work on tight deadlines and deliver campaigns on schedule.

  • Ability to scale and grow with an organization with a proven track record of working across marketing functional areas.

  • Experience working with sales and channel teams to understand needs and integrate into Salesforce processes.

  • Experience in cybersecurity is a benefit.

  • Past experience working with third party providers (conferences, demand gen, list services, etc.) and agencies.

  • Courage to take initiative, address problems, and make continuous process improvements.

  • A curiosity for data and enjoys measuring results and uncovering trends.

The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $120,000 - $200,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits.
