DMM creates groundbreaking social-first marketing campaigns rooted in innovative strategy, and provides clients with community management, creative, video production, influencer, talent, and performance marketing capabilities.
We are seeking a Sr. Social Media Analyst to conduct deep analysis of social media campaign data across
various platforms and tools, as well as social listening analyses. This role will be required to use this data
to support social strategies with strategic data-driven insights and provide recommendations for
optimizing social media strategy.
Your Impact
- Lead data analysis, cleanup and normalization, as well as develop insights and strategic recommendations based on that analysis
- Dive into user engagement and conversion data to determine effectiveness of copy and community management tactics
- Constructs detailed reports and visual presentations with a problem solving and optimization mindset
- Evaluates processes and reporting to provide recommendations for improvement
- Proactively researches audience targets and online fan communities to make recommendation on engagement
- Serves as main point of contact for clients on reporting deliverables and data-related questions
Your Experience
- At least five years of experience in a social media analytics role
- Strong understanding of all social networks, their functionality, and the marketing and digital advertising landscape
- Can provide examples of using social media analytics to increase the performance of a campaign
- Exceptional project management skills with a keen eye for detail
- Strong experience with creative storytelling, synthesizing channel insights, and the ability to bring consumer data to life for marketing stakeholders
- Skilled in conducting data analysis including data cleanup & normalization, and developing insights and strategic recommendations based on data analysis
- Digital Media agency experience strongly preferred
