What you'll be doing:
- Install, configure, administrate, manage and support on-premise, Virtual and Cloud servers and services
- Datacenter management including evolution, maintenance, and setup for new systems
- Contribute to and maintain system standards
- Work with monitoring tools; manage access and permissions; maintain appropriate configurations; provide recommendations on system improvements
- Research and recommend innovative, and where possible, automated approaches for system administration tasks
- Work within the IT team to implement new technologies
- Participate in maintaining and administering the existing infrastructure
- Provide and maintain updated documentation for all systems supported
- Managing/leading projects
What you'll need to be successful:
Must Haves:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills ENG/FR
- At least 6 to 8 years of experience in a similar senior role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server/Online
- Strong knowledge of Windows Active Directory, group policy and multisite
- Strong knowledge of configuration, management and maintenance of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022
- Strong knowledge of VMWare
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune
- Solid experience with server hardware
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure Services
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation
- Network knowledge at System level
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL, Administration and Maintenance
Nice to Haves:
- Knowledge of Backup technologies (Networker)
- Knowledge of Linux OS Administration
- Experience with ServiceNow
