The Opportunity 

We’re seeking a part-time Staff Accountant who is ready to make a meaningful impact. In this contract role, you will support a variety of finance functions with a strong focus on data entry and reconciliation. 

This hybrid position is based in Canada. 

What You’ll Do 

As a key member of our team, you will: 

• Assist the finance team with data entry into Netsuite. 

• Assist with Salesforce reconciliation and finance related activities. 

• Assist with month end close activities. 

• Entry of employee expense reports and company credit card expenses. 

• Assist finance team with ad hoc duties as required. 

What You Bring 

We’re looking for someone who is driven, curious, and cares about doing great work. Ideally, you have: 

• 1-3 years minimum experience in a finance or accounting role. 

• General understanding of basic accounting principles including accrual basis of accounting, dual entry accounting and the matching principle . 

• Working knowledge of Netsuite or a similar ERP system is considered an asset. 

• Salesforce experience/knowledge is considered an asset. 

• Attention to detail required. 

• Curiosity and a desire to learn. 

• Legal entitlement to work in Canada.
