Staff Consultant -- Business Analyst

Job Description :

• Should have manufacturing domain experience
• Engage with stakeholders to collect and clarify business requirements
• Document requirements in Business Requirements Documents, functional specifications, and use cases Maintain end-to-end traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle
• Analyze proposed solutions for alignment with business objectives and identify gaps
• Communicate requirements clearly between business and technical teams
• Map current and future business processes and recommend optimizations
• Support change management by assessing impacts and updating documentation
• Define test cases, coordinate user acceptance testing, and validate delivered solutions
• Track progress of BA tasks and report status to project management Prepare user manuals, deliver training, and ensure knowledge transfer
