Clio is the global leader in legal AI technology, empowering legal professionals and law firms of every size to work smarter, faster, and more securely.

We are transforming the legal experience for all by bettering the lives of legal professionals while increasing access to justice.

Summary:

We are currently seeking a Staff GTM Program Manager to join our Revenue Operations team. This role can be based in our Vancouver, Calgary, or Toronto offices, or remote across Canada (excluding Québec) or the US. This is a high-impact, high-visibility individual contributor role that partners closely with Revenue and Executive Leadership to drive Clio’s most critical go-to-market initiatives.

You will own problems that are not yet well-defined, shape program strategy, align senior leaders, and design the operating models required to execute at scale. Success in this role is measured by business impact, clarity created, and how the organization evolves as a result of your work.

What your team does:

The GTM Program Management team leads Clio’s most complex, cross-functional go-to-market initiatives. We partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Product, Engineering, and Operations to bring structure to complexity and keep teams aligned from planning through launch and beyond. As trusted partners to senior leaders, we provide clear visibility into program health, surface risks and tradeoffs early, and enable confident, data-informed decision-making—ensuring revenue-critical initiatives deliver outcomes, not just plans.

What you’ll work on:
  • Strategic Program Ownership: Define and lead Clio’s highest-priority GTM programs, from problem framing through delivery and outcomes.
  • Executive Alignment: Drive alignment across senior leaders, resolving tradeoffs and competing priorities.
  • Strategic Analysis: Develop and evaluate options using deep qualitative and quantitative analysis to shape decisions.
  • Executive Communication: Act as a trusted thought partner to executives, crafting narratives, recommendations, and decision frameworks.
  • Operating Model Design: Improve how Clio runs GTM programs by designing scalable processes, governance, and execution models.

Who you are:

You thrive in ambiguity. You are comfortable being handed a problem, not a plan and expected to define the path forward.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

  • Use data to shape strategy, influence direction, and drive executive decisions.
  • Move fluidly between problem framing, strategic design, and hands-on execution.
  • Bring structure to highly ambiguous, cross-functional, and politically complex problems.
  • Influence senior leaders and executives without formal authority.
  • Communicate with an executive presence and strong point of view.
  • Anticipate downstream impacts across the GTM ecosystem.
  • Set standards for how complex programs should be run.
  • Continuously raise the bar for program management craft, tooling, and leverage (including AI).

What you may have:

  • 8–10+ years of experience in Program Management, Management Consulting, Revenue Operations, or Strategy roles in high-growth or enterprise environments.
  • Demonstrated success leading ambiguous, company-critical initiatives with broad organizational impact.
  • Experience with acquisition integrations, Q2C transformations, or large-scale GTM change strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrate a keen interest in improving your craft by using AI
This is a new role.
