About the role

We are hiring a Staff IT Solutions Architect to enhance and optimize Workplace Services IT infrastructure, leveraging AI and automation to drive scalability, efficiency, and security. Reporting to the Director of IT, this role focuses on improving IT systems and user-facing tools, ensuring they are intelligent, innovative, and user-friendly. The Staff IT Solutions Architect will streamline IT processes, enhance productivity, and improve the overall user experience by implementing AI-driven automation. Collaboration with IT, Security, and Legal teams will ensure seamless integration, compliance, and continuous IT architecture and operations improvements.

What you’ll achieve

  • Define and implement scalable, secure IT & Workplace Services architecture aligned with business needs.
  • Automate and optimize IT workflows, security controls, and provisioning to improve efficiency.
  • Lead AI initiatives, including committee meetings and quarterly reviews, to align automation strategies.
  • Develop AI-driven, cloud-native solutions with an automation-first approach to IT operations.
  • Implement AI-powered IT support, incident response, and compliance tracking for faster resolution.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Workplace IT architecture with platforms such as Okta, Google Workspace, JAMF, Intune, Slack, Zoom, and Cisco Meraki.
  • Provide solutions for complex IT support escalations, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement while assisting IT Operations in optimizing hardware lifecycle management, SaaS platforms, and IT asset tracking with AI-driven efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Legal and Security teams to assess AI risks, align IT strategies with compliance, and support tool consolidation initiatives.

What you’ll need to be successful

  • 3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems design, and enterprise architecture, focusing on AI-driven automation.
  • Strong background in IT operations, security frameworks, and cloud infrastructure management.
  • Hands-on experience managing enterprise IT tools such as Google Workspace, Okta, JAMF, Intune, Slack, Zoom, Cisco Meraki, and IT asset management platforms.
  • Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT/OpenAI, Notion AI, and Gemini AI for knowledge management, collaboration, and identity security.
  • Deep understanding of AI-driven IT automation, cloud security, IAM, and compliance frameworks (GDPR, NIST).
  • Experience in vendor management, procurement, IT budgeting, and optimizing AI efficiency in IT tools.
  • Ability to translate complex IT and AI concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Substantial documentation, project management, system integration experience, and proficiency in tools like ClickUp.
