We are seeking a highly experienced Product Manager to join our growing team. You will be primarily focused on strategically driving investments in both existing tools & new products, to best leverage AI to enhance the discoverability and accessibility of content published on Webflow. These product areas are all in service of enabling teams to optimize their sites and content as AI continues to fundamentally change the way in which end visitors discover & engage with content. You should have a deep appreciation for user experience, a strong grasp of the web design and development process, deep familiarity with content & AI products, and a passion for driving impact.

About the role:

  • The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
    • United States  (all figures cited below in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)
      • Zone A: $187,000 - $263,500
      • Zone B: $175,000 - $247,000
      • Zone C: $164,000 - $231,500
    • Canada  (All figures cited below in CAD and pertain to workers in ON & BC, Canada)
      • CAD 212,000 - CAD 299,000
  • This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.

As a Staff Product Manager, Site Discovery you will...

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including product design, engineering, user research, data science, sales, education, and community teams to identify and define AI-driven features and capabilities that improve the discoverability of our customers’ websites. 
  • Evaluate build or partner strategies, leading cross-functional teams through complex decision-making processes to deliver impactful solutions for our customers.
  • Conduct research and data analysis to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
  • Prioritize product backlog and manage roadmap based on strategic priorities, user needs, and market trends.
  • Develop and articulate compelling value propositions to stakeholders.
  • Define, track, and analyze key product metrics to inform decision-making and measure success.
  • Advocate for our users and drive product improvements based on user feedback and data.
  • Collaborate on go-to-market strategies for product features and updates, working in close collaboration with our product marketing team.
  • Advance the vision, strategy, and execution of Site Discovery.

About you:

You’ll thrive as a Staff Product Manager if you:

  • Have experience managing AI-driven features from ideation to launch, with a clear focus on driving user value and business impact.
  • Have experience exploring 0-1 product opportunities, greenfield opportunities or new bets, digging into ambiguous problem spaces and crafting winning product strategies. 
  • Have strong stakeholder management experience leading products that support multiple customer personas.
  • Are deeply empathetic and passionate about understanding user needs and transforming them into tangible product features.
  • Have a strong technical acumen and can articulate complex technical concepts in simple terms.
  • Possess a 'test and learn' mentality and are comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environment.
  • Can balance big-picture thinking with deep-dive analysis and attention to detail.
  • Have a strong understanding and appreciation of design aesthetics and principles.
  • Have excellent problem-solving skills, with a creative and analytical mindset.
  • Have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving a common goal.
  • Excel at translating complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Have experience with Webflow and other web design and development tools or are passionate about democratizing access to web technologies.
