Who Should Join?

We’re looking for product leaders who are:

Typical Roles & Responsibilities
  • Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization frameworks

  • Drive end-to-end product development from ideation to launch, ensuring high-quality execution

  • Partner with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to align product vision with business goals

  • Use data, user research, and competitive analysis to drive informed product decisions

  • Own KPIs and success metrics, optimizing for engagement, retention, and revenue growth

  • Develop and implement A/B testing, experimentation, and continuous iteration processes

  • Act as a thought leader within the company, mentoring junior PMs and influencing company-wide strategy

  • Collaborate with founders and executives on long-term product vision and expansion opportunities

Common Qualifications

While each startup has its own hiring criteria, many staff product manager roles in our network look for:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment

  • Strong track record of leading and delivering successful products in B2B, B2C, or SaaS

  • Expertise in roadmap ownership, feature prioritization, and product execution methodologies

  • Strong analytical mindset, with experience using SQL, Looker, Tableau, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics

  • Deep understanding of UX/UI principles, user research, and design thinking

  • Experience working with agile development methodologies and cross-functional teams

  • Proven ability to mentor and lead product teams while staying hands-on in execution

  • Experience in AI, fintech, marketplaces, developer tools, or SaaS is a plus
