Staff Vice President, Leadership Development and Effectiveness

- Design, launch, and scale innovative leadership development programs tailored to enhance the skills, behaviors, and impact of our leaders
- Ignite business-ready relevancy and impact from our leadership development programs from new leader to senior. leader effectiveness
- Partner with senior executives and department heads to understand leadership needs and align development initiatives with business objectives
- Activate targeted talent programs that enhance and connect high-potential leaders with critical skills and development opportunities tied to real business priorities
- Mature, manage and facilitate leadership onboarding and orientation
- Spearhead the activation and results-oriented sustainability of a credible succession management
- Develop and manage critical role planning and skill readiness for current and future leaders, including a leader skill taxonomy to focus hiring and development needs
- Enable and champion talent assessment tools and methodologies to identify leadership capabilities, gaps, and areas for development
- Utilize data-driven insights to continuously refine and improve the relevancy and impact of leadership development initiatives.
- Stay abreast of and activate industry trends and best practices in leadership development
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards
Education/Experience:
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in leadership development, talent management, and succession planning at a senior level
- Proven leadership expertise in designing and leading leadership development in highly matrixed organizations with over 20,000 employees

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
