Our Strategic Account Executives serve an integral role in growing the company. As a member of the go-to-market team, you are tasked with bringing on large accounts, thought leadership, shaping the messaging and positioning within narrowly defined verticals. To be clear - this is a sales role and you will need to deliver on your quota, but the reward for doing so is high. You will work directly with the CEO, Chief Product Officer, Director of Customer Success, and Solution Architects to describe, demonstrate, and deliver value to customers.

We are approaching our Series B and actively building the team that will define what comes next.
ResponsibilitiesIncrease total revenue and increase total accounts
Consistently develop and qualify opportunities for new business.
Establish key messaging by vertical and accounts to accelerate the sales cycle.
Network with decision makers and other key opinion leaders to identify opportunities.
Communicate with CEO and CPO on a regular basis to refine the go-to-market motion within your vertical.
Collaborate with Sales Engineers to build demos.
Collaborate with Solution Architects to complete scopes of work.
Collaborate with the CEO to close large accounts.
Communicate valuable feedback from prospects with the go-to-market team.

At least 2 years of experience in a business development or sales role with an annual quota greater than $2,000,000 / year.
Experience selling tech-enabled service offerings.
2 years of experience in a strategy, sales, or product role working with Fortune 200 health, pharma, or insurance companies.
Strong communicator who knows how to align stakeholders and build trust across functions.
Building Trust: You create genuine connections with prospects and work to understand their needs and challenges before attempting to sell.
Understanding Needs: You act as a partner and seek to understand the customer's perspective and pain points to offer tailored solutions.
Value First: You prioritize providing value and solving problems over simply pushing a product or service.
Long-Term Focus: You aim for long-lasting business relationships rather than one-time transactions.
Competitive athlete
Experience in a company with less than 30 people where you were responsible for bringing in leads, qualifying leads, and/or selling.
Prior experience in healthcare, life sciences, insurance, or consumer insights.
A network of connections in pharma, health tech, consumer insights, reinsurance, and other growing data science companies.
Base Salary: $90,000-$150,000
Sales Commission: Accelerator to hit $350K if on quota; uncapped upside
