Your Mission: 

As a Strategic Finance Specialist, you will play a critical role in the finance team by supporting the growth of our business. You will partner with all GTM leaders worldwide and other function leaders in North America and Europe to provide financial planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and ROI assessment; helping them achieve their revenue and cost targets. This is a highly visible individual contributor role with significant opportunity to impact strategic decision-making. This role requires collaboration with teams located in Asia and Europe, which may require working outside of regular business hours 1-2 times/week.


What You’ll Do: 

  • Partner with leaders in Sales and Customer Success to drive business outcomes through strategic and analytic support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Growth Analytics, Credit, Revenue, and Merchant Pricing) to drive top-line growth through financial support on product development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Establish top-line performance metrics and targets, analyze and report realized financial performance to Executives and other company leaders, and drive accountability for results.
  • Partner with teams in NA and EU to develop and maintain accurate budgets and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to create scalable automated user/financial dashboards and analytics for cross departmental and executive consumption. 


Who We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of work experience, 3 years of relevant experience in strategic finance or FP&A
  • Experience in SaaS or e-commerce industry is highly preferred
  • A keen analytical eye and experience building integrated models from scratch (in Excel, or other planning applications)
  • A proven ability to build strong collaborative working relationships with business partners
  • The ability to maintain high performance under tight timelines and a “result-oriented” mindset to get any job done
  • English as working language, fluent in Chinese Mandarin is a plus
