Position Summary:

We’re looking for a dynamic Outbound Strategy Manager to lead targeted outbound programs in a fast-paced, complex environment spanning multiple industries, verticals, and account tiers.

This role demands strategic agility and operational excellence to design and execute outbound email and account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns that engage diverse audiences, drive pipeline growth, and align tightly with sales teams. You’ll navigate complex segmentation, tiered targeting, and personalized messaging, all while managing cross-functional collaboration across marketing, multiple sales teams technical teams and RevOps.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategic planning & execution
      • Develop and implement outbound marketing and sales strategies tailored to multiple industries, verticals, and tiered account segments
      • Build and maintain a detailed content and editorial calendar aligned with complex go-to-market priorities, events and seasonal demands
      • Partner closely with sales leadership, RevOps and marketing to define precise target accounts, buyer personas, and outreach cadence for each tier and vertical
    • Campaign leadership
      • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of outbound email campaigns and ABM initiatives, ensuring personalized, multi-touch engagement across diverse markets
      • Collaborate with content, design, sales enablement, and field marketing teams to produce compelling messaging and assets that resonate by vertical and account tier
      • Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, data analysis, and feedback to maximize engagement and conversion
    • Cross-functional collaboration
      • Work hand-in-hand with sales teams to align on messaging, lead qualification, and follow-up strategies across all tiers and industries
      • Equip sales with timely, relevant content and insights that support their outreach and nurture efforts
      • Drive alignment and communication across marketing, sales, RevOps, and product teams in a complex, matrixed environment
    • Measurement & continuous improvement
      • Monitor and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI with a focus on multi-tier and multi-vertical segmentation
      • Collaborate with RevOps to ensure data integrity, attribution, and closed-loop reporting in a complex sales environment
      • Use performance insights to identify growth opportunities and refine outbound strategies continuously

              Qualifications:

              • 5–8 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with proven success managing complex outbound and ABM programs across multiple industries and verticals
              • Demonstrated ability to execute tiered, personalized outbound campaigns that drive measurable pipeline growth
              • Strong strategic, analytical, and project management skills with comfort in fast-paced, high-complexity settings
              • Exceptional writing and editing skills, adept at crafting tailored messaging for varied audiences and account tiers
              • Experience managing content and editorial calendars and orchestrating cross-functional campaign execution at scale
              • Deep working and technical expertise and experience with CRM, marketing and sales automation platforms e.g. HubSpot, MixMax, Salesforce
              • Data-driven mindset, skilled in testing, analytics, and optimization
              • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to navigate complex organizational structures
