About Origence

With 30 years at the forefront of fintech innovation, Origence delivers SaaS lending solutions that power credit unions across the United States. Our mission is to enable accessible, competitive lending while strengthening the financial ecosystem for credit unions, their members, and dealer partners.

We operate with a customer-first mindset and a culture of ownership, accountability, and operational excellence. We invest in our people and empower them to innovate, improve, and drive measurable business impact.

About You

You are a self-driven, accountable professional who thrives in a fast-moving environment. You operate with an ownership mindset, are comfortable with ambiguity, and focus on solving business problems through automation, data, and process improvement. You are highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and motivated by measurable impact.

The Strategic Analyst is a high-impact, hybrid analytical role anchored in pricing strategy and lending economics, with meaningful responsibility for finance data, systems support, and applied accounting analysis. This role is designed for a candidate who brings hands-on pricing experience in lending or financial services, strong data instincts, and the business acumen to connect pricing decisions to financial statements and operational reality.

Pricing remains the primary focus of the role; however, this position also supports FP&A through finance system enablement, data integrity, and selective accounting-adjacent analysis (e.g., revenue support, cost classification, amortization logic). The ideal candidate is fluent in data, understands accounting processes conceptually, and can be trained further within Origence’s finance environment.

This role is intentionally scoped for someone who can operate at the intersection of pricing, finance operations, and advanced analytics, helping elevate pricing discipline while strengthening the analytical foundation of Finance.

  • Support pricing standardization, guardrails, and governance with clear, data-driven recommendations.
  • Partner with FP&A, Sales, and Lending teams on deal economics, pricing changes, and revenue optimization scenarios.
Lending, Portfolio & Business Economics

  • Assess portfolio profitability, contribution margin, and cost-to-serve dynamics.
  • Support strategic decisions related to lending mix, pricing segmentation, and distribution channels.
  • Provide analytical support for lender negotiations, partner pricing discussions, and contract evaluations.
Finance Systems & Accounting-Adjacent Support
  • Support FP&A and Accounting through finance system data analysis, validation, and reconciliation across lending, billing, and GL-adjacent datasets.
  • Assist with analytical aspects of accounting processes, such as revenue drivers, cost allocation logic, amortization assumptions, and accrual trends.
  • Help ensure pricing, revenue, and volume data align with financial reporting and forecasting needs.
  • Act as a finance data partner during system enhancements, integrations, or process changes.
Financial, Strategic & Data Analysis
  • Partner with FP&A on driver-based forecasting, scenario modeling, and variance analysis related to pricing and revenue.
  • Develop scenario, sensitivity, and what-if analyses to support executive decision-making.
