LOCATION: Apply Digital is hybrid/remote friendly. The preferred candidate should be based in Canada, working in hours that align to ET (Eastern Timezone) or PT (Pacific Timezone).

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Are responsible and accountable for strategic client deliverables:

  • Manage multiple client engagements end-to-end and/or accounts with limited oversight, helping to guide the deliverables and mitigate risks/issues whenever they arise 
  • Support client business growth by providing senior-level consulting, and identifying and recommending new opportunities.
  • Identify and apply detailed strategy approaches to deliver digital business transformation, ecosystem, and product experience strategy. 
  • Apply established strategic frameworks, and ensure the use of data and insights to inform well-justified recommendations for the client's business products and services 
  • With limited support, create compelling presentations that bring insights to life, and facilitate workshops to engage and inspire clients and stakeholders. 
  • Provide oversight and guidance to junior team members as they execute work across client projects

  • Support business development efforts:

  • Help to grow existing accounts by proactively generating net new opportunities. 
  • With guidance, support business development pitches and strategy estimates helping to define scopes of work. 

  • Grow the strategy team and practice:

  • Self-direct your own learning and development, remain curious and you seek to learn about disruptive industries and stay updated on industry trends
  • Leverage your experience to coach and mentor more junior team members and contribute to the Strategy Team’s evolving practice methodology.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 6+ years of experience in a strategy / digital experience design role
  • 2+ years of experience in a consulting or agency company, in a people management role
  • MBA or Bachelor’s Degree in related field is an asset
  • Strong experience in digital and customer experience strategy 
  • Strong experience in research (primary and secondary) as well as workshop design and facilitation 
  • Strong experience working directly with and influencing clients
  • Understanding of / exposure to technology solutions, platforms, applications, etc. that enable digital experiences a bonus
  • Excellent data analysis and research skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The resilience to work in a flexible, fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative spirit; team player
  • Initiative; able to juggle multiple projects at once
