We are seeking a dedicated relocation specialist, based in North America to join our team as the Supervisor Global Mobility! This position is responsible for the leadership and oversight of the Global Mobility function which includes relocation, employee tax and immigration matters enterprise wide, ensuring consistency, compliance, efficiency, and strong customer service to facilitate the movement of employees within Canada, the U.S., cross-border and internationally.

What You Will Do:
-
Accountable for overall strategy, design, development, implementation and ongoing maintenance of the Enbridge Global Mobility program, which includes relocation, employee tax and immigration.

Overseeing and leading the execution of all Enbridge relocations, employee tax and immigration activities (Canada/US/Cross-Border/International)
-
Leading Global Mobility Policy development and administration including exception management.

Managing the relationship with any key Global Mobility Vendor(s)

Leading the creation and delivery of training with Human Resources teams on relocation, employee tax and Immigration

Reporting of Global Mobility activities including cost, volumes, and employee satisfaction
Who you are:
-
Related University degree (Human Resources preferred)
-
7 or more years of directly related experience
-
Minimum of 5 years of experience overseeing corporate relocation programs

Excellent relationship building, communication and interpersonal skills
-
Demonstrated ability to work with employees at all levels within and outside the organization in a highly professional manner

Organized and logical approach to tasks

Actively participates in Global Mobility associations and industry peer groups

Demonstrated technical competencies and understanding of relocation processes, employee tax and immigration

Proficiency with technology and various software applications. Utilizes Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint and cloud-based applications such as Workday at a high level of proficiency.

Approximately 10% of travel is required for this role. Valid passport is required.
