About the Team:

Employee Technical Services (ETS) provides our employees with innovative and unified IT services. Supporting our dynamic and evolving environments, ETS operates collaboratively with IT Support and Systems Administration. 


About the Role:

As Systems Administrator, you will provide design and support for technical systems and services used by our employees. You will participate in the strategic planning, R&D, budgeting, implementation, and operation of our corporate IT infrastructure for our ever-changing organization. 

This is a fast-paced and challenging role, requiring a keen ability to assess, prioritize, and appropriately respond to multiple (and often competing) tasks, requests, and projects. You will work closely with a diverse team of passionate and creative thinkers dedicated to their craft and mentorship, with a purpose to create amazing IT experiences for all our people.

What youll be doing:

  • Administration and support of IT systems and applications for in-office and remote employees.
  • Implementing and managing on-premises and cloud applications.
  • Resolving escalated end user IT support requests and assisting the IT Support with tickets.
  • Providing remote office support and infrastructure administration when required.
  • Coordinating and collaborating with internal teams and external partners on IT projects.
  • Creating and maintaining systems documentation for audits and training.
  • Providing skill development and mentorship to the IT Support team.
  • Working with Risk and Compliance and other teams on security and compliance initiatives as related to the employee IT environment.
  • Contributing to and participating in the strategic planning process for ETS.
  • Analyzing and tracking hardware and software licensing, support, and renewals.
  • Administering, and monitoring the M365 platform, Entra ID, and on-premises Active Directory.
  • Performing systems, security patching, and upgrades.


Core Technologies You’ll Work With: 

  • Active Directory services, ADFS, Entra ID and Enterprise Applications
  • M365 Enterprise, including Exchange Online and Power BI, SharePoint
  • Microsoft Defender for Endpoint/Cloud, Sentinel and Azure Updates
  • Configuration, Patch and Device Management Systems (MS SCCM and WSUS, Intune, JAMF)
  • Audio & Video Conference Systems (Teams and Teams phone)
  • Business and productivity systems (e.g., Confluence Cloud)
  • Enterprise cloud applications (e.g., Salesforce, DocuSign, Slack, Miro)
  • Network topologies (FortiGate, Azure network, Cisco) 


What We’re Looking For: 

  • 1-3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the high-tech or SaaS industry.
  • Windows and Active Directory system administration.
  • M365 Enterprise administration, including Security and Compliance, Data Governance, Data Loss Protection, Mail Flow & Data Privacy.
  • Experience managing Voice, Telephony and Video Conference platforms (Teams phone).
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to be self-directed and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Experience working under change management, SOC2, SSAE, ISO27001 and other compliance regulated environments.
  • Ability to lead technical discussions and projects in an organized, collaborative, and inclusive manner.
  • Recent Microsoft certifications (e.g., AZ900, MS900) or CompTIA certifications (e.g., Server+, Network+, Security+) – nice to have but not required.
