About the Role

Narvar is scaling its GTM systems function, and we're looking for a GTM Systems Analyst to join the Revenue Operations team. As we scale, we’re investing in the systems that power GTM efficiency, automation, and smarter workflows. This role will play a key part in strengthening system usability, uncovering AI opportunities, and enabling smoother cross-functional execution.

You’ll architect and implement high-impact system improvements across our GTM tech stack by evaluating how tools interact, gathering business requirements, and deploying scalable solutions. You’ll also drive innovation by researching and operationalizing opportunities where AI can streamline processes, improve system intelligence, and elevate team productivity.

Who You Are
  • You are a trusted systems partner to Marketing, Sales, and CS stakeholders.
  • You proactively surface scalable solutions by deeply understanding the functionality of our tools and how they integrate.
  • You help uncover and implement AI-driven efficiencies that improve team workflows and reduce manual effort.
  • You support data hygiene, playing a critical role in enabling smarter, more strategic systems development.
What You’ll Do
  • Integrate and evolve GTM tools: apply hands-on experience with third-party applications (Salesforce, Zapier, Gong, Open AI, Warmly, ZoomInfo) to inform solution design and ensure scalable, platform-aligned recommendations.
  • Gather, document, and translate business requirements: work closely with stakeholders to scope solutions that balance user needs, process efficiency, and system scalability.
  • Evaluate and implement AI-enabled efficiencies: identify and operationalize opportunities where AI can enhance tool integrations, automate workflows, and reduce manual effort.
  • Manage foundational Salesforce config: user management, profiles, permission sets, page layouts, and field-level config.
  • Coordinate and support UAT: develop test plans with stakeholders and assist in triaging issues.
  • Monitor and optimize native integrations: support syncing and data flow between Salesforce, Narvar's internal product, and our other GTM applications.
  • Own or coordinate tech debt cleanup projects: manage or support cleanup work in Salesforce and contribute to improving platform health and performance.
  • Partner with Enablement: collaborate with our Head of GTM Enablement to align system workflows with enablement initiatives, contributing documentation, walkthroughs, and occasional demos for internal users.
Key Experience & Skills
  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce administrator, business systems analyst, or GTM systems architect in a B2B software environment
  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Business Analyst) are relevant but not required – a strong plus
  • A strong grasp of how to integrate common GTM revenue systems, and a foundational understanding of technical concepts such as relational databases and APIs
  • Interest in how AI can improve GTM processes and user experience
  • Understanding of GTM processes, including lead qualification, outbound prospecting, opportunity lifecycle, and account expansion strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to scope, document, and prioritize technical solutions
  • Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills, including the ability to manage feedback loops
Why You’ll Love It Here
  • Cross-functional visibility: You’ll work closely with GTM and Ops stakeholders to solve meaningful business problems.
  • Forward-looking team: You’ll join a systems function that actively explores AI and automation to improve scale and efficiency.
Growth opportunity: You’ll gain exposure to complex systems work while learning from senior technical and strategic teammates.
