We’re looking for a TA Manager to guide and grow our team of four awesome recruiters while staying hands-on with hiring for senior and strategic roles. We believe that the best leaders lead by example, so in this role, you’ll balance coaching, strategy, and execution to help us attract the best talent on the market.

On a typical day, you will... 

  • Lead & develop a team of four recruiters—providing mentorship, coaching, and support to help them grow and succeed.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, setting expectations and aligning on hiring needs across multiple teams.
  • Stay hands-on with hiring, focusing on advanced and strategic roles to ensure we bring in top-tier talent.
  • Collaborate closely with the Employer Branding team to enhance our talent attraction strategy and positioning.
  • Drive innovation in recruitment processes, helping us optimize tools, systems, and best practices.
  • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience, making sure every interaction reflects our values and culture.
  • Use data to drive decision-making, continuously improving our hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work with a team based in both Prague and Brno, with occasional travel to Brno.

About you

  • A true recruitment enthusiast—you love the craft of hiring and understand what it takes to attract top talent.
  • Proven leadership experience, having led and developed a team of recruiters.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills—you’re great at setting expectations and influencing hiring managers.
  • A strategic yet hands-on mindset—you enjoy rolling up your sleeves and owning senior-level hiring.
  • Deep knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, especially in technical and business roles.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tech tools (we use Greenhouse, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, Notion, and more).
