What You’ll Do

  • Proactively source, identify, and attract top sales talent through research, networking, and outreach—including cold calls and phone screens.
  • Recruit licensed agents using a variety of channels and resources.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Combined Insurance’s value proposition, effectively communicating our strengths to candidates from all backgrounds.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, key players, and competitors to inform your recruiting strategies.
  • Execute sourcing strategies using databases, social media, and networking platforms.
  • Represent Combined Insurance at career fairs and regional events.
  • Facilitate the offer and onboarding process for selected candidates.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates to understand their career goals and ensure alignment with our needs.
  • Maintain accurate data and oversee recruiting reports, providing valuable insights to stakeholders.
  • Share results, insights, and best practices in team meetings.

 

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in insurance or financial services
  • Proven success in high-volume recruiting and meeting targets
  • Expertise in sourcing techniques 
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Confidence in cold calling, networking, and public speaking
  • Creative problem-solving and a self-motivated, results-driven approach
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% within your region
