We are looking for a Talent Business Partner to join our dynamic team and play a key role in recruiting top talent across Viral Nation. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, develop strategic hiring plans, and attract exceptional candidates. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and relationship-building skills to ensure we bring in the best talent across all departments.
What You Will Do:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including crafting compelling job postings, sourcing top talent, conducting screenings, facilitating the selection process, and overseeing offer negotiations to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
  • Develop effective sourcing strategies and proactively build strong talent pipelines to fill current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide guidance on market trends and best hiring practices.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback.
  • Participate in recruitment events to drive awareness around the company’s career opportunities.
  • Track key recruitment metrics to measure hiring effectiveness and optimize processes.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies.

You Need to Have:

  • 4+ years of talent acquisition experience working in a high-volume recruitment environment.
  • A deep understanding of the marketing and tech industries, with a strong preference for experience in marketing agency environments.
  • Experience working with recruitment software, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred but not required).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing searches across performance marketing, client services, creative, and other marketing/advertising disciplines.
