Talent and Culture Coordinator

The Talent and Culture Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Talent and Culture team with a primary focus on supporting the Talent Development and Learning team as well as managing various HR and L&D platforms. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys technology, demonstrates a strong attention to detail, and is comfortable challenging the status quo to improve processes and outcomes. The successful candidate will contribute to mapping current state processes, assigning courses, monitoring platform usage, and ensuring a seamless learner journey for new hires.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Development and Learning team, including course assignments, scheduling, and development platforms such as Skillsoft, Workday and other online learning systems.

  • Utilize tools such as Visio to map out current state processes and workflows.

  • Maintain access and permissions for assigning courses across various platforms.

  • Develop a thorough understanding of all HR and L&D platforms, including Teams, Slides, Hoopis, Prysm, and others.

  • Assist with marketing initiatives related to learning and development programs.

  • Monitor and report on platform usage, course completions, and Continuing Education (CE) credits.

  • Provide insights from Talent Development and Learning on projects when required.

  • Support the assignment of customized learner journeys for new hires, including onboarding support and escalation of questions or concerns to leadership.

  • Support the scheduling of training sessions and manage related logistics

  • Maintain up to date organizational charts.

  • Act as point of contact for system updates to Bravo and Employee Survey tools.

  • Provide back up support for recruitment, anniversary programs and new hires/exits communications.

  • Assist with updates for PPI Employee Call slides (new hires, anniversaries, promotions).

  • Update employee listing for recognition program (Bravo) and send event related gifts to employees.

Education, Skills and Experience:

  • 1–3 years related experience in Learning and Development coordination / HR admin or similar role

  • Experience with HR and L&D platforms and tools (e.g., Teams, Hoopis, Skillsoft, Workday, Visio)

  • Experience coordinating training logistics - including scheduling sessions, supporting onboarding learner journeys, handling escalations - and monitoring/analyzing platform usage and course completion data

  • Exceptional attention to detail with highly developed organizational skills

  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable partnering with leaders and customizing onboarding experiences

  • Demonstrated proactive organizational skills with the ability to plan and prioritize work and exercise flexibility in balancing changing priorities while managing deadlines and schedules

  • Strong interest and aptitude for technology

  • Strong service orientation with the ability to provide effective, timely support employees and leaders

  • Ability to provide translations support (English and French) preferred

  • Advanced level of English required as the incumbent will be coordinating training logistics and schedules, liaising with vendors, preparing communications and learning materials, facilitating sessions, and building relationships with English speaking colleagues on a daily basis

This role is for a new position. The expected salary range for this position starts at $55,000 and will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and skill set.
