About The Team
The TAM team is responsible for ensuring our customers fully realize the value of Doppel after they’ve signed. TAMs will act as the technical experts for all post-sale clients, partnering closely with Customer Success to deliver a seamless and impactful customer experience.

Our goal is simple: extend the same extraordinary experience customers have as prospects into long-term success as customers.
What You Will Do

  • Develop and validate technical strategies strategies that align with customer environments - will drive knowledge in detections and takedowns

  • Provide technical guidance and best practices throughout the sales cycle and deployment.

  • Collaborate with customer success managers and account executives to support the customer experience from an overall technical POV

  • Support post-sale activities to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with Eng & Product on customer health - think about how we can get ahead of a customer having a poor health score/churn risk
    What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in security engineering, detection engineering, solutions engineering, or a similar technical customer-facing role

  • Strong hands-on experience with detection and investigation workflows, including designing, testing, and validating detection logic in real-world environments

  • Ability to translate customer needs into effective detection strategies, configuring platforms to align with diverse technical stacks and threat models

  • Comfort leading technical trials, demos, and proof-of-concepts, acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales and onboarding lifecycle

  • Proven problem-solving skills, with experience investigating missed alerts, tuning detections, and validating detection efficacy

  • Experience supporting customers through escalations, maintaining a calm, structured, and customer-first approach

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering

  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment, balancing technical depth with execution speed

  • Familiarity with security tooling, cloud environments, or detection platforms is helpful but not required

  • A thoughtful, curious, and resourceful mindset, with a genuine interest in improving detection coverage and customer outcomes
