The Technical Analyst will support Windows infrastructure modernization, upgrade servers, implement automation, enhance monitoring, and integrate hybrid cloud solutions.
This is a remote position.
We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Analyst to support a large-scale Windows infrastructure modernization initiative. The successful candidate will play a key role in upgrading legacy Windows Server environments, implementing automation frameworks, enhancing monitoring capabilities, and supporting hybrid cloud integration initiatives. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in enterprise Windows Server administration, infrastructure automation, VMware environments, and Azure-based management technologies.
Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise infrastructure experience
- Strong expertise with Microsoft Windows Server environments (2016–2025)
- Experience supporting VMware vSphere 7.x/8.x environments
- Advanced hands-on experience with Ansible automation
- Strong PowerShell scripting skills
- Working knowledge of Terraform
- Experience with Azure Arc and Azure Update Manager
- Experience with hybrid cloud/on-premises infrastructure
- Strong understanding of change management processes
- Experience with ServiceNow is highly preferred
- Working knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
- Excellent troubleshooting and infrastructure modernization experience
