You will be joining the Technical Recruiting team to help grow our teams in Engineering, Product, and Design teams. You will manage the end to end recruiting process from sourcing to closing, partnering closely across the organization with leadership, hiring managers, recruiting and people ops.
This role is based in our dedicated tech hub in San Francisco, CA. We use a hybrid work model of 2 days in the office per week.
Your Day to Day

Find the best Labelboxers for our EPD teams

Manage the full cycle recruiting process ensuring an exceptional candidate experience, from screening candidates to negotiating offers and closing

Drive innovative sourcing initiatives to identify, assess, and build a network of candidates

Collaborate with hiring teams throughout the process; coach hiring managers and interviewers every step of the way (bias mitigation, candidate experience, calibration)

Track pipeline data and provide relevant and consistent updates to hiring managers and recruiting team
About You

3+ years experience as a technical recruiter, preferably in a tech/AI startup and/or agency environment

You have some knowledge about AI, how it works and are passionate about building what’s next

You are passionate about building high-performing teams who take the business to new heights

You are creative and relentless in your sourcing and you are able to find and attract the best candidates for your roles

You build strong predictive pipelines that lead to a hire

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

This range is not inclusive of any potential equity packages or additional benefits. Exact compensation varies based on a variety of factors, including skills and competencies, experience, and geographical location.
Annual base salary range
$120,000—$140,000 USD
