Are you passionate about turning complex technical concepts into clear, engaging content? We are looking for a Middle/Senior Technical Writer to join our Product Documentation Team. This is a part-time remote opportunity based in Toronto, ON, Canada, with flexibility to work from anywhere.

CUSTOMER
Our customer is a global provider of comprehensive security solutions, protecting individuals, organizations, and communities from diverse risks, with a strong focus on digital protection. Their products specialize in bot defense and invalid traffic prevention for AdTech companies, including SSPs, DSPs, agencies, and publishers. Combining advanced technology with deep industry expertise, they deliver scalable, robust solutions across multiple sectors.

PROJECT
The project focuses on creating and maintaining high-quality technical documentation for security-focused SaaS products in the AdTech ecosystem. These solutions detect and mitigate fraudulent activities, ensuring trust and integrity in digital advertising. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to produce materials that enhance usability, streamline onboarding, and support ongoing operations.

Job Description

  • Develop clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documentation for diverse audiences
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to gather technical insights
  • Continuously improve existing documentation and create new materials aligned with product updates
  • Identify opportunities to enhance product usability through documentation strategies
  • Mentor other technical writers and contribute to team growth
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to align educational content with business goals

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Technical Writer in a SaaS or technology environment
  • Strong understanding of developer tools, security workflows, or DevOps environments
  • Excellent written communication skills with attention to clarity and structure
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple documentation projects
  • Upper-Intermediate English level
  • 3+ years of relevant experience

    NICE TO HAVE

  • Cybersecurity and/or Media industry experience
  • Background in content strategy, UX writing, or product documentation
