About The Role

In the ISV Partner Sales role, you will be responsible for driving sales pipeline, cross-functional strategy, and enablement for partner strategy. This requires high levels of agency, urgency, and creative strategies to influence external stakeholders in Hightouch's favor. You will report directly to our Global Head of Technology Partners, who reports to the co-founder and co-CEO. You will work with founders and cross-org leadership.

What You'll Do
  • Create and execute outbound campaigns to drive awareness of new sales plays, products, joint wins, and industry trends with stakeholders at partner companies
  • Create and execute joint partner product, marketing, and sales initiatives
  • Create and execute in-person events with GTM stakeholders at partner companies
  • Be ready to travel up to 30% in some months
What We're Looking For
  • Previous success with outbound sales
  • Previous success working with technology partners in sales motions
  • Understanding and excitement about the composable CDP space
  • Hunger for high volume activity
  • Ability to create creative campaigns to entice sales leaders at partner companies to leverage Hightouch in their sales cycles
Bonus If You Have
  • Previous success in technology partner sales
  • Previous success selling tools like Snowflake, Databricks, GCP, DSPs, SSPs, or ESPs

The salary range for this position is $115,000-$220,000 on-target earnings (70/30 base to commission split) USD per year, which is location independent in accordance with our remote-first policy. We also offer meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options, and offer early exercise and a 10 year post-termination exercise window.
