We’re looking for a competitive and trustworthy self motivated sales rep who can help us enhance our business activities in the Edmonton area. The candidate will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects while maintaining customer satisfaction through door to door sales & personal referrals. The goal is to meet and surpass the company's expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth.

Part time/ full time work available throughout the year. Summer employment runs from May to August and 100% commission.

  Outside of the financial benefits of working with us, our representatives obtain lasting tools to make them valuable in the workforce for years to come such as communication skills, presentation skill, and leadership skills.

Freedom:
The average first year rep, (with no sales experience) in 2024 earned $29,000 in the summer months of work (and $75,000 in full 12 months of year round work), but the real benefit to the income is the freedom it gives you. For students, it gives you the ability to finish your education debt free and to not have to stress about finances. This will allow you to focus more on your education. For those not in school, you have the potential to earn a full year's salary in 4 months; however, we do offer year-round work as well.

What does it take?
We believe there are three elements that will make a successful representative.

     1) Work-Ethic
There is no substitute for hard work.
  However, working hard can be fun and the harder you work, the more you will be rewarded.

     2) Positive Attitude
There are things that will happen to you in life that are outside of your control. The one thing each of us can control is our attitude and how we react to that which surrounds us. People who control their attitude and remain positive are always the highest paid in any industry!

     3) Competitive Drive
We look for individuals who strive to be greater than average and earn a greater than average income. We develop skills within you that will help you get to the next level but it is up to you to supply the competitive drive to get there.


Average 4 month income for our first year representatives: $29,000.
Great daily, weekly and monthly incentives. (Gear, Swag, Gift certificates, iPads, Xbox's, TV’s, Vacations)

  • A high school degree
