Position Overview:

Reporting to the department manager, the Administrative Assistant provides administrative support across a variety of departments.

What you’ll do:

  •  Welcome visitors and contractors, coordinate site access, and issue required badges.
  • Support supervisors with work order tracking and operational documentation  
  • Prepare and distribute monthly production and operational reports 
  • Prepare and update documents, spreadsheets, tracking sheets, reports, electronic bulletin board, and presentations when requested.
  • Support site EHS activities by complying with all environmental, health, and safety policies/procedures and actively participating in EHS programs and initiatives.
  • Coordinate site meals, Coordinate site meals, including ordering food for 200 people from various vendors.
  • Maintain and update production logs, shift reports, permits and operational data records  
  • Provide backup support for other Administrative Assistants as needed.

What you’ll bring:

  • Post Secondary education in an accredited Office Technology program.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience with demonstrated knowledge of general office practices and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work, plan, and make decisions independently with minimal supervision.
  • An understanding of strict confidentiality requirements along with strong organizational and computer skills (including Microsoft Office Suite).

This position is a temporary full-time role from June 2026 to November 2026.
