THE ROLE

We are currently hiring for a Territory Service Manager to join our Western Canada team. Reporting to the Procurement and Maintenance Manager, Western Canada, the Territory Service Manager will be responsible for coordinating maintenance requirements and costs, managing repair and maintenance operations, and ensuring work is performed efficiently and within company standards. The Territory Service Manager will play an important role in achieving financial objectives by preparing budgets, analyzing variances, and implementing corrective actions.

The Territory Service Manager will maintain a high-quality service technician team through recruitment, training, and performance management, while staying updated on industry standards and contributing to overall team objectives.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Excited to embark on a journey with us? Here's a breakdown of the key responsibilities in this role:

  • Oversee daily facility operations for all stores in Western Canada, including maintenance and repairs

  • Manage emergency repairs, including power outages, fuel system failures, and security issues

  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, technicians for HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general repairs

  • Select, negotiate, and manage contracts with maintenance and service providers.

  • Handle service work orders, building inspections and emergency repairs

  • Monitor and ensure store equipment (coolers, fuel pumps, coffee machines, etc.) is in working order

  • Use Nuvolo to track work orders, monitor facility performance, and schedule preventive maintenance.

  • Coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize disruption to store operations

  • Provide support for security systems, alarms and surveillance equipment

  • Manage and support facilities coordinators, technicians, and maintenance teams.

  • Train staff on using Nuvolo for reporting facility issues and tracking resolutions.

  • Work closely with district managers and store operators to address facility-related concerns efficiently.

  • Collaborate with construction team and contractors for renovations

  • Other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

We want you to join our team! Here's what we're looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

  • 3–5 years of experience in facilities management, retail maintenance, or a similar role.

  • Knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, fuel system maintenance, and general building systems.

  • Experience in the convenience store or fuel station industry is an asset

  • Familiarity with Nuvolo or similar CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is an asset

  • A current valid Canadian driver’s license with clean abstract is required to operate company vehicle.

  • Must be proficient in MS Project, Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.

  • Understanding of business principles, procurement practices, budgeting, and expense analysis.

  • Strong problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making abilities.

  • Open to travel anywhere in Western Canada (minimum 40% travel)

  • Job duties may change in alignment with the business’ needs.

  • Must be available for emergency maintenance issues and after-hours support.
