Requirements
- 5+ years of experience coordinating software testing activities with business users, BAs, SMEs, and technical teams.
- 5+ years of experience with UAT, functional, regression, enhancement, and end-to-end testing.
- 5+ years of experience in defect identification, documentation, tracking, severity assessment, and validation of fixes.
- 5+ years of experience with data validation and integration testing.
- 5+ years of experience working in Agile/iterative delivery environments.
- 5+ years of experience developing end-user training materials, user guides, job aids, FAQs, and training presentations.
- 5+ years of experience supporting/facilitating end-user training and knowledge transfer.
- 5+ years of experience supporting business readiness and deployment readiness activities.
- 2+ years of experience working with ServiceNow applications, workflows, stories, and acceptance criteria.
- 2+ years of experience supporting licensing, regulatory, permitting, or citizen-facing applications/processes.
- Experience using AI/Generative AI tools to support test case development, defect analysis, documentation, training, and knowledge transfer.
- Ability to validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, completeness, accessibility, privacy, security, and compliance.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
