Test Assistant (3-Month Contract)

We are hiring two motivated and detail-oriented test assistants
to support our technical team in executing and documenting test procedures. These are temporary, full-time positions ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and working in a dynamic environment.

Comprehensive training and day‑to‑day guidance will be provided to help you succeed in this role. You will work closely with experienced team members and gain exposure to a variety of testing procedures, equipment setups, and field environments.

You will:

• Execute detailed test plans and procedures
• Accurately document test results and observations
• Set up and tear down audio conferencing systems (up to 50 lbs)
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment or setup issues as they arise
• Drive to multiple locations within the Calgary area to support testing activities
• Follow established processes and maintain a high level of accuracy in all documentation
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth testing operations
• Complete other duties as assigned

You have:

• A high school diploma
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A willingness to learn and the ability to adapt to new tools and processes
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• A valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driving record

Nice to have:

• Experience with Microsoft Teams or Zoom
• Familiarity with basic troubleshooting of computer systems
