About the role:

This role is critical for planning, developing, executing, and continuously improving functional testing across the Global IAM Program in the capacity of a Test Lead. In addition to leading quality engineering activities, this role will work closely with stakeholders to understand, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable IAM solutions. The objective is to ensure well-defined, high-quality, and fully traceable deliverables, with strong alignment between business needs, technical implementation, and testing outcomes.

  • Design and implement test plans, test cases, and scenarios for functional, regression, failover, and accessibility testing
  • Develop and maintain automated test suites leveraging frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, UFT)
  • Perform manual and automated testing for IAM solutions (Saviynt, Entra ID, Delinea)
  • Ensure maximum test coverage and early detection
  • Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to integrate quality engineering into CI/CD pipelines
  • Champion defect prevention and continuous improvement
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate business and functional requirements
  • Translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and testable specifications
  • Document workflows, processes, and system interactions for IAM use cases
  • Support process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design discussions
  • Ensure traceability between requirements, testing, and delivered functionality
  • Prepare test reports, dashboards, and documentation for audits and compliance
  • Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Provide oversight and guidance to team members
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions remain aligned with evolving business and security requirements
  • Participate in strategic IAM and security initiatives.

What you bring:

  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience across IAM testing and/or business analysis roles
  • Hands-on experience with: IAM tools (such as Saviynt, Entra ID preferred)
  • Strong understanding of SQL, reporting, analytics, and data interpretation, with the ability to translate business requirements into meaningful insights
  • Test automation frameworks (Selenium, UFT or similar)
  • Solid understanding of IAM/IGA processes (Joiner-Mover-Leaver, provisioning, access controls)
  • Strong ability to bridge business requirements with technical implementation and testing
  • Proven analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
  • Ability to manage priorities across global teams
  • Strong communication (verbal / written / presentation
  • Post-secondary education in Computer Science or a related field
  • Certifications (CISSP, CBAP, or similar) are nice to have

Approximate Salary Range for Role: $109,680 to $120,000 CAD.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all Canada locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
