As the Total Rewards Specialist, you will develop and execute programs that support our mission to attract, retain, and motivate top talent while ensuring alignment with our values and growth objectives. The role requires strong analytical skills, expert-level Excel proficiency, and the ability to make data-driven decisions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage compensation structures and incentive programs.
  • Conduct market research and benchmark data for competitive pay practices.
  • Design and manage employee benefits programs.
  • Analyze compensation and benefits data using advanced Excel skills.
  • Lead compensation and benefits projects.
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits analysis.
  • Expert proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CCP, CBP) is a plus.
  • English proficiency.
