You will be responsible for the sourcing, screening, and selection of talented trades people for a variety of locations across Western Canada. Full cycle recruitment activities to find the best and brightest to best serve the demands of our customers
Think creatively to find more ways to source the talent we need
Empower our management team to make well-informed hiring decisions
Record recruitment activities and find new ways to continually improve your process
Collaborate across Finning’s large network of experts
Master current and upcoming recruitment trends to keep your skills razor sharp
Qualifications:
5+ years’ experience in full cycle recruitment with at least 3 years being trades recruiting
Experience recruiting across multiple sites with varying requirements is an asset
Familiarity with Collective Agreements / unionized workforces would be an asset
Excellent time management, customer service, and interpersonal skills
Familiar with Applicant Tracking systems and good working knowledge of MS Office programs
Note:
This position will be primarily based out of our Edmonton or Calgary offices
Will also consider applicants to work out of other Finning locations
Permanent, full-time role working Monday - Friday shift (5 x 2)
