DNV is seeking a motivated and results-driven Training Sales & Business Development professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and selling our suite of training programs to corporate and individual clients. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by connecting customers with learning solutions that meet their specific needs.


This position can be remote from anywhere in Canada. 


 What You'll Do

  • Drive growth of public and private training sales across North America.
  • Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, networking, and existing client relationships.
  • Identify client training needs and recommend appropriate learning solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and close sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Collaborate with trainers, operations, marketing, and certification sales teams to maximize opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and customer information within CRM systems.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support business growth.

Ce que tu vas faire 

  • Stimuler la croissance des ventes de formations publiques et privées à travers l'Amérique du Nord. 

  • Développez de nouvelles opportunités commerciales grâce à la prospection, les recommandations, le réseautage et les relations existantes avec les clients. 

  • Identifiez les besoins de formation des clients et recommandez des solutions d'apprentissage appropriées. 

  • Préparez des propositions, des devis et concluez les opportunités de vente. 

  • Construisez et maintenez des relations solides avec les clients pour encourager la fidélisation. 

  • Collaborez avec les formateurs, les équipes opérationnelles, marketing et de certification pour maximiser les opportunités. 

  • Maintenez un pipeline de vente précis et des informations clients au sein des systèmes CRM. 

  • Surveiller les tendances du marché et l'activité des concurrents pour soutenir la croissance de l'entreprise.

DNV provides a reasonable compensation range for this role. The actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. For the city of Vancouver, the range of starting pay for this role is $90000 - $105000 CAD

DNV propose une fourchette de rémunération raisonnable pour ce poste. La rémunération réelle est influencée par un large éventail de facteurs, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, les compétences, le niveau d'expérience et la localisation spécifique. Pour la ville de Vancouver, la fourchette de salaire de départ pour ce poste est de 90 000 $ à 105 000 $ CAD

Qualifications

What Is Required: 

  • High School Diploma 
  •  Minimum of three (3) years of experience selling professional services, training, consulting, certification, or related solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills including presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% per year, primarily to trade shows and conferences including U.S.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
    • The employee would be required to draft and review internal documents in English to be used throughout North America.

What is Preferred
