You'll play a key role in evolving our brand's visual identity. Your work will encompass creating impactful visuals for marketing, sales, and other departments, as well as collaborating with product designers to ensure a cohesive visual language across all touchpoints. We're seeking a creative and collaborative designer who is passionate about shaping our brand's visual presence.

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Play an important role in shaping and refining our visual language, contributing to brand growth.
  • Create engaging digital and print materials, including illustrations, animations, web designs, presentations, and videos.
  • Act as a design advocate, ensuring clear communication and understanding of design outputs.
  • Take ownership of design concepts and rationale, contributing to project success.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to maintain high design standards and achieve project goals.
  • Work alongside external design agencies in Croatia and the US, contributing to collaborative projects.
  • Contribute to the organization and maintenance of our design system, identifying opportunities for efficiency.
  • Assist in establishing and maintaining visual design standards, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Contribute to internal design critiques, providing and receiving feedback to improve design quality.
  • Collaborate with other Visual Designers, fostering a learning environment and supporting team growth.

You'll be successful in this role if you:

  • 3+ years of visual design experience in a product company or agency setting.
  • A good understanding of user experience and user interface principles.
  • A compelling portfolio demonstrating a modern aesthetic, visual storytelling, illustration, and animation skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Suite (Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro) and Figma.
  • A strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, iconography, composition, and color theory.
  • The ability to clearly communicate design ideas, collaborate with teams, and contribute to design decisions.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a willingness to iterate and refine designs.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A collaborative spirit, with a willingness to share knowledge and receive constructive feedback.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English

A plus if you also have

  • Experience working in a SaaS environment or identity industry.
