Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Business Partnership
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the President, Global Snacking and Snacking Leadership Team, shaping the people and culture agenda to enable business strategy and growth.
- Act as the primary HR partner to Snacking Operations, supporting a network of 13 manufacturing sites and driving safety culture, frontline engagement, and workforce performance.
- Align HR strategy with commercial priorities, ensuring people and organization decisions directly enable growth, performance, and value creation.
- Provide strategic HR counsel and leadership coaching to senior leaders, driving effectiveness and alignment at the top of the organization.
- Bring strong intellectual agility and judgment to translate data, insights, and emerging trends into clear, forward-looking people decisions.
- Drive enterprise-level thinking across the Snacking business, ensuring talent and organizational decisions are made with a global, long-term lens.
Organizational Design & Effectiveness
- Shape and evolve the Global Snacking organizational structure to enable speed, accountability, and delivery against growth ambitions.
- Define clear roles, spans, and layers to optimize decision-making, accountability, and performance.
- Partner with Regional and Global HR to ensure alignment with enterprise frameworks, policies, and labor standards.
- Bring a strong understanding of manufacturing and operational environments to shape structures, roles, and workforce models that enable safe, efficient, and high-performing plant operations.
Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning
- Define and execute the Global Snacking talent strategy, ensuring the organization has the talent, capabilities, and leadership required to deliver on current and future business priorities.
- Lead workforce planning and organizational effectiveness initiatives, aligning talent supply with business demand and investment priorities.
- Partner closely with Finance to connect talent planning to growth, productivity, and financial targets.
Leadership, Capability & Succession
- Strengthen leadership pipelines through targeted development, succession planning, and career pathing across critical roles.
- Build a strong and sustainable leadership bench, ensuring depth across key roles and readiness to scale with business growth.
- Anticipate future capability needs and ensure the organization is equipped to deliver against evolving business priorities.

Culture, Engagement & Change Leadership

- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect talent decisions to commercial outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead through complexity and change.
- Significant experience partnering with manufacturing or operational environments, with demonstrated impact on safety culture, frontline engagement, and workforce productivity.
Compensation Package:
- Toronto: $280,000 - $315,000 CAD annually + bonus eligibility + Long-Term Incentive eligibility
