About the Role

As we continue to scale rapidly, we’re looking for an experienced and dynamic leader to lead our Revenue Operations team. This team is tasked to drive growth, improve efficiency, and maximize customer lifetime value. You’ll be responsible for orchestrating alignment internally within the Revenue organization and cross functionally, and bring a data-driven framework to help guide the direction of our organization in the design and execution of our go-to-market strategies.


You’ll report directly to our CRO. 

What You'll Accomplish

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue operations strategy that aligns with company objectives and drives sustainable growth.
  • As part of the leadership team, participate in key discussions that help shape the overall strategy and direction of the company.
  • Oversee strategy, cross-functional quarterly planning process, including quota planning, and optimizing territory management.
  • Develop, own, and continuously iterate on data sets, reports, and insights that drive true strategic decision making across the organization and throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Partner with the leadership team on executive strategies and deliverables for board materials, QBRs, and more.

Your Expertise

  • Demonstrated 12+ years of experience managing high performing Revenue Operations teams in a B2B SaaS company
  • BS/BA required; MBA a plus, but not required
  • Proven experience scaling revenue operations teams in high-growth, fast-paced environments
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, key metrics (ARR, GRR, churn, etc.), and revenue growth strategies
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on building and developing talent

For US based applicants:

- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $233,000 - $300,000 annually + bonus/commission + equity + benefits

- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location
