Job Responsibilities:
What you can expect
- Obtain customer warranty claims data and classifying it based on dealer reported information
- Perform statistical analysis and data correlation of dealer warranty claims and warranty returns
- Report findings to the Warranty organization identifying emerging trends and patterns
- Support training the organization on the use of customer warranty portals and tools
- Find ways to to improve data analysis to reduce time and make the process more efficient
- Performing ad hoc warranty data analysis to support warranty investigations
What you'll bring

- Programming skills related to data analysis
