Job Responsibilities:
What you can expect

  • Obtain customer warranty claims data and classifying it based on dealer reported information
  • Perform statistical analysis and data correlation of dealer warranty claims and warranty returns
  • Report findings to the Warranty organization identifying emerging trends and patterns
  • Support training the organization on the use of customer warranty portals and tools
  • Find ways to to improve data analysis to reduce time and make the process more efficient
  • Performing ad hoc warranty data analysis to support warranty investigations


What you'll bring
