We are seeking a highly passionate, organized, Web Performance Lead to assist in driving lead generation and traffic growth across Fortra websites. Reporting to the Web Performance Manager, this position will partner with other Web Performance Leads in working to provide data-driven SEO recommendations to our internal customers. If you are passionate about SEO and have strong communication and presentation skills, this could be a great match!
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Partner with other web performance leads to provide strong, data-driven recommendations for generating leads and growing global traffic to internal customers.
- Help define unique web strategies and tactics for each website in partnership with the internal customers.
- Collaborate with internal customers to build strong relationships and ensure open communication
- Identify and share successful website tactics to the other internal customers for adoption.
- Build presentations with clear recommendations in advance of scheduled internal customer meetings.
- Stay abreast of SEO trends and search engine changes.
- Document processes and create templates to ensure processes are scalable and repeatable.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field preferred
- Three+ years of relevant experience in technical and content SEO
- Past agency experience preferred
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- High proficiency with Google tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong collaboration skills in planning and preparing
