Compensation: $140,000 - $170,000 plus bonus

Meridian Partners is seeking an experienced Workday Data Conversion Consultant to lead data migration efforts for Workday HCM and Financials implementations. In this role, you will design and execute end-to-end data conversion strategies, ensuring accurate, secure, and timely migration of legacy data into Workday.

You’ll collaborate closely with functional consultants, technical teams, and client stakeholders throughout planning, testing, and go-live.

• Lead end-to-end Workday data conversion for mid-sized and enterprise implementations

• Define data conversion strategy, mapping, transformation, and timelines

• Build and execute EIBs, iLoads, and Workday Studio integrations

• Perform mock conversions, data validation, reconciliation, and defect resolution

• Support testing, cutover, go-live, and post–go-live data activities

• Serve as the primary data conversion SME for clients

• 3+ years of Workday implementation experience with 3+ full lifecycle data conversions

• Workday Data Conversion Certification or other relevant certifications (Workday Integrations, Workday Studio, Workday Prism, etc.)

• Strong expertise in Workday HCM and Financials data structures

• Hands-on experience with EIBs, iLoads, and Workday Studio 

• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, CSV transformations, and data validation

• Knowledge of data security and compliance requirements

• Excellent client-facing communication skills

• Workday Data Conversion Certification

• Willingness to travel up to 30%
