As a Works Manager, you are responsible for the operational execution of the works on site. You can rely on a team of site superintendents and project engineers. You report directly to the project manager. You focus on the bigger scheme of things whereas the superintendents deal with day to day issues.
We are currently looking for an experienced Works Manager who can manage (large) offshore installation projects, having both a strong engineering but also installation background.

You organize the planning of the works.

You will be focusing on the optimization and execution of the project.

You'll take care of the client’s needs (internal and external).

You contribute to efficient realization of the project activities.

You manage QHSE-S standards and keep the project within time and budget.

You work closely together with Superintendents and Project Engineers on site and you coordinate the operational staff.
Your profile

You have a master degree in (Civil) Engineering, preferably with a specialization in construction, or the equivalent by experience.

At least 3 years of experience with complex offshore engineering projects is required.

You can work autonomously and are a problem-solver by nature.

You have a hands-on mentality.

Teamwork is one thing you value highly.

Working abroad on one of our projects for a longer period of time is no issue.
