Lead delivery of learning and skilling engagements, manage project plans, risks, and stakeholder communication. Consult with clients on L&D strategy, workforce planning, competency alignment, change management, and adoption. Design and implement learning solutions, conduct needs and skills-gap analyses, facilitate workshops, and measure program performance. Maintain knowledge of Skillsoft products and industry trends and provide continuous improvement recommendations.
